Doing right with every bite. Who can be against it? Make the world a bit better with every bite in the Sonrosa strawberry. That's the drive Limgroup and FruitMasters have. The unique concept of Limgroup's F1 Hybrid Strawberries leads to an offer for the consumers where we give substance to the promis: 'Doing right with every bite'. Recently Sonrosa was launched. Today the young plants are growing with the support of the Pioneers of F1 Hybrid Strawberries: Gipmans Young Plants, Van den Elzen Plants and Van der Avoird Trayplant BV. This will result in the first Sonrosa strawberries for the market during Spring 2025, leading to a new concept for consumers, who deserve a sustainable choice. Doing right with every bite. Looking forwards to Spring 2025! #strawberries #sustainablechoice #innovation #Sonrosa

👉🏻 A #delegation of professionals from the #cotton & #fashion sectors had the opportunity to approach the reality of #Andalusian cotton in the framework of EUCOTTON , the European initiative that unites the cotton sectors of Greece and Spain. 🌱 Visits were conducted at the fields and facilities of two prominent benchmarks within the #Andalusian cotton industry: #Algosur (Algodonera del Sur) located in the province of #Seville, and the Las Lomas Agricultural Complex in #Cadiz, which is home to the oldest operational ginning mill in #Spain. 🌎 Cotton provides quality #employment for more than 5,500 families in Andalusia, as well as a significant number of skilled #workers in the ginning mills that process the raw material. The tainted cotton in H&M and Zara’s supply chains is certified as ethical by the 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱’𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲, 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 by SLC and Horita. Better Cotton’s deep flaws will not be addressed by a recent update to its standards. Failure by the fashion sector to monitor and ensure sustainability and legality in its cotton supply chains means governments in wealthy consumer markets must regulate them. #SUSTAINABILITY #SUSTAINABLEDEVELOPMENT
