Excellent work from my friends and ex-colleagues at Talogy. I loved seeing 'be open minded' in the tips for Exec Leaders. And I'm surprised by the 38% readiness being that high!
I find this research to be both energizing and comforting. Knowing that development and career growth are top considerations for employees, its reassuring to read that 74% of leaders who experienced development interventions rated them as 'Extremely' or 'Very useful'. As someone who works in L&D this is music to my ears! Leaders have a tough job; supporting them and their growth is absolutely critical!
