Formation flying is more than just a small introduction… Following the leader means a lot of training, structure, systematic, an all-time focus. Totally concentration and confidence in the leader pilot. There is no question that the bonds between pilots who participate in formation flying are very strong. It’s a great source of motivation for continuous improvement, and it’s an enjoyable way to hone your skills. But don‘t forget, never get coltish always be ahead of your plane otherwise it’s getting dangerous quite fast. Always remember that you are not alone up there and with your methodicalness you can save life in abnormal situation. #theflyingunicorn #formationflying #aviationworld Pilatus Aircraft Ltd Lycoming Engines Stay Safe - Safety Promotion for General Aviation

More pilots trained to fly the newest premium long-range jets and, correspondingly, more technicians trained to fix them - more personnel, who once they become experienced, will be highly valuable commodities and keenly sought after by those for whom price is no object. If you're operating jets like these and not paying adequately - you will lose these people. It's just a question of time. #businessaviation #compensation

The aviation trainers which pay for themselves. The benefits of our trainers stretch beyond their perfect clarity, versatility and customisability. They can be used for 8-16 hours of some jet type ratings. In other words, they pay for themselves by significantly reducing reliance on simulator time. We can’t see the downside and neither can our customers, with a perfect track record of positive feedback. #aviation #airline #airlines #pilot #aeroplane #aeroplanes #aviation #avgeek #aviationnews
