I was just reading an article by "Sleep Doctor" which gave 7 tips to a more refreshing sleep. These included ; 1) Set an earlier bedtime 2) Limit caffeine and alcohol consumption 3) Eat a healthy breakfast 4) Eat meals earlier, instead of later 5) Get outside in the morning 6) Exercise strategically 7) Avoid late night light exposure But let me ask you - Do you think your sleep pattern has been impacting your ability to wake up each day?
