I see great scope of growth and achieving milestones in a team m the more minds are there together, the more solutions we can provide I belive listening and providing solutions with an open mind add as an asset applying inputs from the team members is can be revolutionary I have learnt that we all Come together to create harmony however, when there is unaligned energy, productive solutions can still be achieved as they act as challenges and milestones

Trust is the single biggest differentiator in approaching scale. Trust that team can do it, together Trust that team members will do it, individually Trust that y'all are right people to do it this post is not about just people/team.

When a team grows together, they become more familiar with each other's strengths, weaknesses, and working styles. This familiarity can lead to better communication, smoother workflows, and a deeper understanding of the project's goals, all of which contribute to higher quality production. Additionally, as team members grow and develop their skills, they can bring new ideas and techniques to the table, further enhancing the overall quality of the production.

This is a very powerful quote from Steven Covey. When you are working with a large team, the quote becomes all the more relevant. It is very important that the team feels valued and is appreciated for the good work.

Build a strong team first. That team will then create a great strategy. Here's why the team is the key: - It has the skills and knowledge to make a good plan. - It can work together effectively to turn the plan into action. - The team members are motivated to achieve the goals.

When a team puts in sleepless days and nights for a major event, it helps create endless bonds. Bonds built on transparency and co-ownership. Nothing else matters when a group of individuals set eyes on a common goal. Hustle begins, things seem to go haywire at times, hypothesis begin to falter, people start getting out of their comfort zones, strengths and weaknesses get equally exposed! Limits get stretched and ...then......... something good comes out. Pursuit of a goal actually builds a team. Personality differences, difference of opinions, difference of priorities all add up to contribute as value additions, when goals are aligned. The output becomes greater than the sum of parts when a team works on it! That's the power of a team! PS: Major missing some superstar team-members in the pic!

Advice for any team: having a culture of enthusiasm, encouragement, and energy makes a big difference in the workflow and cohesion! There will be some days it gets tough buidling, but it's important to remember why you started in the first place. Reminding your comrades how great they are, and can be, and reflecting on progress is healthy and keeps the momentum alive!

A quick thought on the importance of a well built team... Having a skilled and knowledgable team around you is one of the most important factors of success in the professional services industry. By having a solid network of colleagues who you can bounce ideas and plans off of or go to for a second opinion, you not only grow and absorb more information, but it gives your clients a more complete and wholesome service and experience. This leads to better business practice overall and an even more satisfied clientele. Many professionals focus on self development, as they should, but they neglect to focus on building up a team of surrounding help that can plug any gaps and even accentuate their strengths!

We've worked with a lot of teams over the years and whilst every team is unique, there are a common set of traits and behaviours we often recognise in teams with a healthy dynamic. 💛 There is trust between team members 💛 Everyone knows what they are responsible for and there is accountability 💛 People collaborate to solve problems 💛 There is a clear vision and direction of travel 💛 When things go wrong, the team learn together and don’t criticise 💛 Team members can speak up and challenge how to do things better 💛 There is a culture of appreciating difference Think about the very best team you have ever been involved with. How did it feel? What was it like to be amongst? What made it that way? What was the mix of people like? Keen to share? We'd love it for you to share below what made your best team, the BEST team! 👇
