Exciting Update from the Drangue Team! 🚀   My team and I recently had an invaluable meeting with our mentor, Vicks Kanagasingam and it was a game-changer. Here are three key takeaways that will not only help us prepare for the Sunway iLabs LaunchX Demo Day on August 23rd but also serve as lifelong principles for our startup journey:    1. Pricing Strategies: 💸 The first step we learned is the crucial aspects of shaping our OpEx model, helping us better align our pricing with the value we deliver. From gaining this knowledge, we can provide a solution to be competitive and sustainable.    2. Negotiation Skills: 🤝 Having to master the art of negotiation is a MUST for growth and confidence. Our mentor shared techniques and strategies that not only will help us to enhance our ability to strengthen partnerships but also close deals effectively.     3. Focus on Quality Over Quantity: 🎯 Sometimes handling multiple projects at once can get the best of us, but our mentor highlighted the importance of concentrating on one project at a time.
