🎉 For five years we have been actively supporting women entrepreneurs in Ukraine, and the results of our project are impressive! Since July 2019, more than 1,000 women entrepreneurs have become participants in our initiatives, we have created 50+ jobs, formed 15 partnerships and conducted more than 40 consultations every year. 🙌 We have created a community of over 3,000 women! Our activities include important events such as Women Biz Days, Study Tours, West Business Hub, and Women Partnership Hackathon, which highlight the importance of supporting women in business and the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. 🌍 Globally, women entrepreneurs make up more than 40% of all ones, demonstrating their significant role in the economy. Their achievements are inspiring and show that women can successfully lead the business on a global level! 🇺🇦 I believe one day, we will also see Ukrainian women among such well-known names. For this, the support of women, sisterhood and the assistance of SMEs are critically important. Analytical data on women's entrepreneurship and gender equality should also be taken into account when adopting strategic documents and political decisions, as well as when launching donor projects for sustainable economic growth. Mentoring and coaching are also key success factors for female entrepreneurs, helping them scale their businesses and reach new heights. For me personally, this project became a real discovery. I never thought that I would have to dive so deeply into the topic of women's empowerment and women's entrepreneurship, but it became a real interesting journey for me! I am proud of what I do and I am constantly learning new about GESI so that Ukrainian women with their achievements in business are more visible and bold. 💙💛 Many thanks to our main partner, the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine (USAID CEP), as well as to all the speakers, the project's communication team and information partners for their constant support and contribution to the realisation of our goals and dreams. We are proud of the results and continue to work on the creation of new opportunities for women entrepreneurs in Ukraine! #FemaleEntrepreneurship #SupportWomen #GenderEquality #WomenInBusiness #WomenEmpowerment

What a great honor to be recognized among many other Ladies in the profession as #DigitalTransformation agents in #Africa. My experience in the #TechnologySpace has been in various sectors, #Healthcare, #Telecommunications, and now #Financial. Technology is the #Enabler and #Driver of business. Others still view technology as a support function, which might slow down the huge transformations required to springboard performance. Embracing technology through #DataAnalytics, #ArtificialIntelligence, and #robotics simplifies huge tasks while minimizing errors. #SACCOS & #Cooperatives are adopting much digital transformation in serving members. 😍
