𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲?   My colleagues at diconium have conducted a comprehensive analysis (called decoDecode) over the past twelve month, evaluating over 700 digital services from more than 100 providers across Europe, China, and the USA. They’ve also gathered valuable user insights from key markets like Italy, France, Spain, Germany, and the UK.   Want to know more about their findings? OEMs should focus on vehicle-based solutions to stay competitive in an API-first world.   2️⃣ Third-party providers are limiting their full potential by focusing on hardware solutions. Open systems and cross-platform experiences among all players are the way forward, leveraging third-party providers software capabilities.   3️⃣ In an industry challenged by driver shortages, prioritizing drivers’ needs is essential.
