In this case, a patient was successfully treated with just a single vessel PCI when they would have normally had coronary artery bypass surgery. CLOVES - an acronym for Congenital Lipomatous Overgrowth, Vascular malformations, Epidermal nevi, Skeletal/Scoliosis/Spinal anomalies - is a rare pediatric syndrome characterized by vascular malformation and soft tissue overgrowth presenting with multiple soft tissue swellings. A recent publication highlights how MSK soft tissue ultrasound can help diagnose this condition.
