Next week, we will be at ANZIIF's Australian Insurance Industry Awards as a finalist in the best "Service Provider to the Insurance Industry" category. One of our many client-centric innovations, highlighted in our submission, was the creation of our flat-fee Building Validation service (via Crawford Contractor Connection). In response to a move by insurers to increase builders’ delegated authority, our validation service allows insurers to form a quick view about builders' proposed Scope of Works, quality and costs. Contractor Connection statistics show that, on average, for every dollar spent on our validation services, clients gain $11 in building cost savings.
