The Franklin County/North Quabbin Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Network seeks residents and community organizations with ideas for projects that: · Strengthen connections between neighbors · Reduce isolation and loneliness · Increase appreciation for community assets · Help make specific neighborhoods more resilient During winter/spring 2025, we will review applications and select up to 10 projects to back with minigrants of up to $1500 each, thanks to support from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, the New England Rural Health Association, and the The Massachusetts Community Health and Healthy Aging Funds.
