Let’s say you own a rent property or a commercial building but put the title in the name of “Apple Investments, LLC”. You get insurance for Apple Investments, LLC. Call your agent now and tell them to add your name to the insurance policy as an “Additional Insured”. PS. Summary – you should have a property insurance policy and liability policy with the beneficiary being Apple Investments, LLC and have YOU listed as an “Additional Insured’.

Does the following scenario sound familiar? A customer walks into your shop eager to get their windshield replaced, and you’re happy to help them. Their insurance should cover the work, but you need to check. So you and your potential customer call their insurance company and get its third-party administrator (TPA) at the other end of the line. You know that this TPA is part of a company that also does auto glass work, so you are not surprised when they “educate” your potential customer on the reasons why they'll want to go to one of their locations or use a shop on their “preferred” or “in-program” list. What happens next? Convincing the potential customer to keep their business with you is up to you. READ MORE HERE: https://lnkd.in/epEHPT69

A LOT of people are driving around with "the cheapest insurance", and while it is legal (IN MN), it doesn't cover very much. 𝑫𝑰𝑫 𝒀𝑶𝑼 𝑲𝑵𝑶𝑾? -State Minimum coverage provides only $10,000 in property damage protection. What does this mean? That means that if someone with this level of coverage hits you and TOTALS 𝒀𝑶𝑼𝑹 car, the max that will pay 𝒀𝑶𝑼 by that company is $10.000. Wait, wait, wait.. That doesn't cover very much!!? What if your car is actually worth $25,000? The max pay out will still be only the policy limit of $10,000. Now, what if YOU'RE the one who carries the cheap coverage? What if your policy limit is $10,000, and you total someone's new $25k ride? Are your pockets deep enough to pay the additional $15k owed? We can help! Give us a call.

Remember when you had to carry 3 different devices? -A phone -A camera -An iPod Now? One device does it all. That's exactly what's happening with insurance. Take architects for example. Instead of juggling: **Professional liability **General liability **Cyber coverage **Property insurance You can get it all in one policy. The kicker? Not only is it more efficient, but it actually saves you money. Fewer policies = lower premiums. And when something goes wrong, you're not playing phone tag between 4 different insurance companies. One policy. One solution. Sometimes the old way isn't the best way. But what do I know, I don't help business manage risk for a living...

💡 Did you know? The insurance companies use a software called Colossus to decide the value of your claim. 🤔 Created by Allstate in the 1990s, this algorithm considers over 12,000 factors—including your injuries, treatment gaps, crash severity, and even who’s representing you! 🧠📊 But here’s the catch: most of the time, your case isn’t reviewed by a real person—it’s all up to the system. ⚙️ If your case isn’t presented correctly, the algorithm can undervalue your claim, leading to a lowball offer. 💸 And let’s not forget, Colossus was designed to save insurance companies money. 🛑 So, how do you fight back? 🥊 You need someone who knows how to navigate this system, override the algorithm, and make sure your case gets the full value it deserves. ✅ We’ve done it time and time again.
