I often see advice suggesting to apply for jobs even if you don’t meet all the requirements. But then I come across posts from recruiters saying that candidates who don't meet the job requirements don’t move forward. And that raises a question for me: How can I grow in my profession? How can I try something new if I’m not hired for roles where part of the responsibilities are new to me? What do you think? How do you balance applying for roles that push you to grow while also meeting the qualifications? 🤔

I currently have over 500+ applications on one job posting. 70% of them are not a match for the position. If you come across a job posting with over hundreds of applicants on LinkedIn, don't let that deter you. If your skills and experience align with the job description, apply anyway. Best of luck!

No one wants a vanilla background screening. A few employment dates confirmed here and there? That's not a thorough background check. You can get as much by just looking at your applicant's resume. Don't you want to know what her last supervisor thought of her? Don't you want to be sure that he actually earned that MBA? What about that criminal record check? Or that professional license? Justifacts Credential Verification, Inc. has all the bells and whistles to choose from, just like your favorite smart watch. Pick what works best for your organization. Contact us and find out what kind of employee you are hiring.
Remember when watches were basic and all they did was tell you what time it was Now they do everything from tell you the time to track how well you slept the night before to show that you missed a call from your mom(might want to call her back) Sure, sometimes basic is good but sometimes like with background checks the more searches you include in the check, the more information you'll receive which will help you make the right decision for your company want to learn more about the searches we offer? Pull out your watch and let's chat #nationalwatchday

There are only 2 ways to get a job in 2025, and they are: 1. Know someone at the company and get a referral. (Qualifications not needed) Or 2. Apply online and wait for your rejection email.

Friday, June 21st is National Selfie Day. It's a good time to jump on our personal background check company's site, www.doaselfie.com In your lifetime, a background check will be done on you by someone else, multiple times. Approximately 1 million people a year are denied a job b/c of a mistake on their background check (those are just the ones that are reported) The first thing people do is check out your Social Media, even Human Resource Departments at hiring companies. Now you can Scan & Delete your posts. #doaselfie #selfiebackgroundcheck #selfieday
