While this report clearly represents the tendency of CEOs to GROWTH STRATEGY (GS), it’s worth knowing that GS is a double-edged sword. While GS can be implemented as an effective strategy for expanding financial performance and hitting revenue targets, it can be a killer strategy when CEOs approach it at the wrong time. The operating model of the company must be modified completely aligned with its GS, otherwise, as Richard Rumelt explains in his seminal book called The Crux, all the negative effects of organizational dysfunctions impact the company exponentially. #management #strategy #businessgrowth #ceo
