It’s Monday. I get it. The e-mail box is full and there are some communication strings that you once thought were completed, but have found rebirth. There are other messages that lack clarity. On top of it, things outside of work have their own challenges. It would be easy to let frustration (a valid emotion) boil over into anger. But how about this: Let that anger go. It only gets in the way of progress. After all, we live in a flawed world. We’re all flawed in some way. And nobody makes mistakes willingly. There is too much good work to do without feeling or acting superior and acting that out. Instead, pause for a beat, take a breath. Maybe even replace that feeling of elevated frustration with goodwill? Can we give people a break? Might be worth a try.

Monday morning musings This is for you if you are feeling unmotivated or overwhelmed this Monday morning, possibly having struggle to extract yourself from the duvet or are hiding behind your mobile phone. I know that feeling all too well, the 'I don't want to play this game' feeling. I got you! Here's 3 ways to shake that off, and get you going: 1. Stand up, put your phone down (get outside if you can) and literally shake it off! Shake your arms, shake off the layer of negative energy. 2. Re-frame - the 'I have to' to 'I get to'. Today I get to work with some amazing people, in a sector which is making a real difference (for example). 3. Use the power of your minds eye to shift your energy, taking 2 minutes to visualise a great day for you. Doesn't it feel different to have this focus? And actually enjoy your day? You've got this! Happy Monday, everybody. My post yesterday unexpectedly turned into what felt like a hornet’s nest of keyboard warriors. It’s funny how a harmless lesson can spiral into a barrage of negativity just like explaining how to tie a shoe and being accused of hating flip-flops. And that builds off perfectly to today’s lesson: never let online hate pull you down. Hate is inevitable especially as you start gaining more visibility online. It’s almost like a badge of honor. You know you’re doing something right when people feel the need to tear you down. But know that hate never really comes from above. Nobody who’s truly ahead of you is going out of their way to throw stones at you. That doesn’t mean you ignore all feedback. Some of it might be justified and worth reflecting on. But most of the time, hate says far more about the hater than it does about you. If you’re facing hate online for no good reason, don’t engage with it, don’t let it stop you, and definitely do not apologize. Let the haters shout into the void while you build something real. These things can actually help you concentrate on any Monday🤌 Monday Blues are real! aaand why won't they? After getting a whole day to yourself, it's hard to drag yourself back to screens and brains work for another set of 9 to 5. It can still take some time, but these tricks WORKS!! 1. Scribble- Keep a diary near your desk and scribble. Your mind needs it! 2. Reading Time - Kudos to Midnight Library here🤌✨. It is no secret that reading has done wonders to ages. 3. Take a Walk - After hours of sitting, i guess nothing could be better than this. It helps one ease down a lot. 4. Drink Water - Is there any better drink than this? Let's take this point as a reminder. There must have been times when you would have realised, that you haven't taken a sip of it. (Better: Pin the times in your watch⌚) 5. Note the smallest achievements, because if you're the part of the crowd that agrees with Life not being a race then smiling at smallest of successes wouldn't hurt. #corporatewins #keephustling
