Very proud to be part of this ambitious and wonderful project to protect 3000 acres of land for nature (and I love Joe's enthusiasm in the film)! It's a perfect example of how a business can invest in our natural environment, carbon and biodiversity. There will be future opportunities for carbon units through the Peatland Carbon code and for organisations who want to contribute simply to help give biodiversity a boost and lock carbon away. We only got this far because of the £5m from the Aviva fund for the restoration of temperate rainforest across western Britain, donations from individuals and charitable trusts plus a philanthropic loan.
