Looks like an excellent event.
Suggest you send to Dr. David Borrok, Dean of Engineering and Computor Science, at MS&T as his Mining engineering students may be very interested in joining you.

If you need to have more information on the Avalon Solar Project please read my case study published by the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME) entitled " Transitioning from Mining to Solar: 21st Century Alchemy-Avalon Solar Project, Arizona, United States. The book compiles case studies on best practices for the safe management of tailings. Also refer to another case study on the Reclamation of San Xavier Tailings Storage Facility entitled " Anatomy of a Reclamation Project- San Xavier Tailings Storage Facilities, Arizona, United States .
Here is this link that you directly to the book in the SMEwebstore: https://lnkd.in/gmcUbueS
Why is having a power network of winners so important
Energy flows where your attention goes right?
When you're surrounded by positive vibes, gratitude, drive and success it is almost guaranteed that those attributes become a succinct part of who you are too.
It's impossible to feel down when 100 other people are rooting for you! It's the power of positive osmosis drilling into your subconscious ensuring you will win too
And people help, whoever needs help there is someone there to offer it which is always reciprocal. Karma is a beautiful thing
I am grateful for everyone and relish in sharing this amazingness! Even if I am always the only one in a Christmas Jumper

Guano Point Tramway Tower
Bat Cave Mine, Grand Canyon
One of the most dramatic viewpoints of the Grand Canyon is at Guano Point, boasting stunning 360-degree views of the canyon and what’s left of the $3.5 million aerial tramway system that once spanned 7,500 feet built in 1957. As you gaze out across the expansive canyon, let thoughts of the brave souls who attempted to mine nitrogen-rich guano for fertilizer from the guano cave discovered in 1930 fill your mind. For 20 years, these miners rode the aerial tramway to cross the river with a vertical lift of 2,500 feet.
In this image we see the remains of Guano Point, so peaceful and full of promise. Imagine a mining ghost town, everything is gone of what was once busy with people, ideas, and energy. Only a this building remains in ruin and you see this reminder. Because it was once so full of life. Yet there is a peaceful energy that comes through the picture still echoing a time that has past. There is something serene about the echoes of sound, silence, structure, ruin, neglect, and echoes of life.

What price would you put on your knowledge?
I used to devalue mine.
Even while flooded with knowledge, I don't think we realize how deep that "water" is.
That's why I've started looking at what I do have, how it connects to others, and what price was paid to gain it. Suddenly I'm connected to all of humanity.
My wife says the email going out tomorrow is my best CYBORG_ yet.
So...if you just want to read it, comment below and I'll DM you!
(Safety first: don't put your email in the comments ;) )
Many thanks Charlotte Italiano and GWN7 for the media coverage of our work at Gordon Sirdar Mine!
