Join the Conversation Tomorrow Nathan Monk just delivered an insightful session at the Student Mindset Conference, challenging us to rethink how we support advisers, engage students, and showcase our universities and colleges at fairs. Here are some key takeaways: ➡️ Advisers feel disconnected from marketing materials and lack the answers they need to guide students effectively. Are we truly supporting them in representing your university? ➡️ Giveaways should be more than freebies - they’re a hook, a conversation starter, and an extension of your university’s identity. Make them memorable and meaningful. ➡️ Students expressed a clear preference for course lists as a starting point, finding them more helpful than a general prospectus or an overwhelming amount of information all at once. This approach allows them to dive deeper into specifics when they are ready. ➡️ Nathan also highlighted that printed prospectuses are not dead. While students value digital resources, they want a balance - a combination of printed materials and personalised digital platforms for in-depth exploration. ➡️ Student ambassadors are a powerful connection point. For those who realised ambassadors were on the stands, the relatability was invaluable. But many didn’t know who they were speaking to. Making their roles more visible could enhance engagement. Want to explore how to address these challenges and create meaningful connections at fairs? 🎯 Join us tomorrow at 10 AM for a live webinar with Nathan Monk and Jo Richards: Redefining Provider Engagement at Fairs. Learn how to transform your approach with actionable insights and data-driven strategies. 👉 Sign up here:https://lnkd.in/e-r3mC-U
