Hello, the vast world of LinkedIn! As a passionate healthcare enthusiast, I've been contemplating a unique project: a Podcast series that delves into the healthcare industry's distinctiveness and hurdles. This series would provide valuable insights and foster meaningful discussions within the healthcare community. My vision for this podcast series is to include a diverse range of perspectives, from Surgeons to Surgical Technologists, Registered Nurses to Anesthesiologists and Nurse Anesthetists, Medical Device Specialists to Post-Operative Patients, Athletes, and many other individuals. Everyone's voice is important in the healthcare conversation. My idea is to create a platform where information and ideas can be shared without propaganda or bias. In this place, individuals can get together in person or over telecommunication, where those who share their interests can have and hear conversations. The idea is for all of us to get better every day with each step, smile, and conversation. What do we think? I want to make this approachable and entertaining for all viewers; our well-being and health will be at the front of the focus. Should I do it?

3wSo appreciate you bringing the frontline voice to the table- thank you! Leaders ALWAYS need to keep their ear close to the point of care - and engage the workforce to how to continuously improve and evolve with tools like Artificial Intelligence (AI) is only one pole of a major polarity of our time- the other pole is Human Intelligence (HI). Another major polarity is Virtual Care and In-Patient Care- there will always be a Both/And- leaders need to understand how all polarities work for sustainable solutions. Show less
