So appreciate you bringing the frontline voice to the table- thank you! Leaders ALWAYS need to keep their ear close to the point of care - and engage the workforce to how to continuously improve and evolve with tools like Artificial Intelligence (AI) is only one pole of a major polarity of our time- the other pole is Human Intelligence (HI). Another major polarity is Virtual Care and In-Patient Care- there will always be a Both/And- leaders need to understand how all polarities work for sustainable solutions. Show less
