The Trade-Off of China's Extended May Day Holiday: In China, the May Day holiday can extend to a full 5-day break, but this comes with a catch: to create this "Golden Week," employees have to give up their weekends before and after the holiday. It seems many of my colleagues and friends aren’t in favor of this arrangement. What’s your view? Do you prefer: 🔹 1: I support the extended holiday! It's not about celebrating festivals and taking pictures, its about how happy an individual is and does he get time for himself to live his life? 😃 In My Opinion: Good Company Culture: 1. Encourages open communication and transparency. 2. Ensures collaboration, teamwork, and mutual respect. 3. Supports work-life balance and employee well-being. 4. Recognizes and rewards employees' achievements and growth. 5. Embraces diversity, inclusivity, and continuous learning. Bad Company Culture: 1. Prioritizes profits over employee well-being and safety. 2. Promotes competition over collaboration and teamwork. 3. Encourages long hours, burnout, and stress. 4. Disregards diversity, equity, and inclusion. 5. Suppresses feedback, criticism, and constructive change.

Totally agree with your points. In a good company, Support plays a key role. Encouraging #open_communication and transparency provides the basis for a supportive environment where employees feel safe sharing their ideas or concerns. Teamwork, collaboration, and #mutual_respect create a network of support where colleagues help each other, increasing a sense of belongings.🤗 A poorly managed company has a bad environment because the leadership is in the hands of people who think they are the godfathers of the company, in such companies we often see: #support, #mutual_respect, #encouragement is missing, instead of supporting they choose to #criticize employees, the focus is on #profits, #competition, #long_hours, and even after being fully aware of the company environment it is ignored, resulting in increased #stress and #negative_environment.🙁 And you can never change the mindset of companies where ideas and open communication are not welcomed. The best way for me in such environment is to listen, work, address and go back home and do your best to find a place where you can value a healthy lifestyle and mental health as much as you value your work and company.😊
