In our leadership development programs, we get to work immediately. We start by asking our attendees to do a self-administered 360. Here is the process and some questions to consider. Give this experiment a try! 1. Seek out five people: boss, peers, direct reports, other stakeholders, friends, and family. 2. Send these questions ahead of time. 3. Have an adult-adult conversation. Be genuinely curious. Watch for defensiveness. 4. Thank them for the gift of feedback. (It is a gift and takes courage on their part also!) 5. Identify one strength to continue to leverage. Identify one growth area for improvement. What is holding you back from a self-administered 360? What might you gain from 'pressing go'? #leadershipcoaching #leadership #executiveleadership
