With an approach that covers the entire life cycle of products, the Elemaster Group aims to minimize waste and maximize the value of resources used, from the selection of raw materials to recycling or final disposal. This integrated vision is a key pillar for combining technological innovation and respect for the environment. Ecodesign, as a design that takes into account the life cycle of the product, becomes an essential tool for creating sustainable solutions, capable of reducing the environmental impact without compromising quality and innovation. This model, which Elemaster has adopted, not only protects the planet but also enhances the excellence of made in Italy. A philosophy that Valentina Cogliati, CEO of the Elemaster Group, sums up as follows: "𝐸𝑐𝑜-𝑑𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑔𝑛 𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑜𝑤𝑠 𝑢𝑠 𝑡𝑜 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑚𝑎𝑑𝑒 𝑖𝑛 𝐼𝑡𝑎𝑙𝑦 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑒 𝑖𝑡 𝑑𝑒𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑒𝑠 𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑙𝑑 𝑚𝑎𝑟𝑘𝑒𝑡. 🌍🚄 Exciting News for InnoTrans! 🌍🚄 We're proud to showcase our latest innovation in sustainable materials, building on the success of our previous versions, which contained 15% virgin material and 85% recycled composite, with outstanding performance: * 9 MPa in bending * 25 MPa in compression * 10% less polluting than regular concrete. Now, we’ve raised the bar with our new Reinforced Thermoplastic (RTP), boasting an optimized composition of 50-70% composite material with over 30% fiber, and 30-50% recycled plastic. The result? * 22 MPa in bending * 47 MPa in compression * 60% lower CO2 emissions than traditional concrete. We’ve conducted a full Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and are ready to share the data with you! Let’s discuss how our circular composites or next-gen products can drive your projects forward. All of this was made possible thanks to the support of Sirris | Innovation forward and Faculté des Sciences Appliquées - ULiège Catch us at #InnoTrans and let’s shape the future of sustainable infrastructure together! 💬 #Sustainability #CircularEconomy #CompositeMaterials #RecycledMaterials #InnoTrans2024 #GreenInnovation #LowCarbon

We’re excited to announce the selection of “AERO: Energy-Saving Air Cleaner Made of Recycled Plastic for Operational Use” as part of the LAUDS Factory open call! This project tackles a critical issue: air pollution by fine particles. Using an innovative gas-liquid amalgam filtration process, AERO efficiently removes fine particles from the air while conserving energy by recycling purified air back indoors. Crafted with sustainability at its core, the device will feature 3D-printed components made from recycled plastic. This initiative is led by the team composed by Damien Weber from Nanotec Filter and Théo FINCK who will ensure the project meets the needs of real-world users. In collaboration with Université de Lorraine, the team will develop and test this innovative solution to ensure its effectiveness, functionality, and ergonomic design. This initiative aims to create healthier work environments while establishing a sustainable model for air filtration systems across Europe. Stay tuned as we clear the path to cleaner air and sustainable innovation! ✨ #SustainableInnovation #CleanAir #Nanotechnology #GreenDesign
