Today, we’re introducing Boulevard’s Best, a new series where we look at vital business metrics to highlight best practices from top businesses on Boulevard. The first episode focuses on add-on services and how they can drive revenue. Here are some highlights: 🏆 The top 10% of Boulevard businesses excel at using add-on services, adding at least one additional service to 34% of appts. 💰 Appointments with add-ons have a 63% higher average ticket value. 🗓️ Add-on services drive retention, with customers who use add-ons being 25% more likely to return with 90 days. What can businesses do to encourage people to add services?
