New Crew is a yearlong training program that supports young people to challenge their comfort zone, explore who they are and connect with an awesome group of people! The training program is completely free and can lead to becoming a facilitator at Reach, delivering workshops in communities and schools all over! We are looking for young people aged 15 to 21 years old. We are looking for the school captains, the troublemakers, the creatives and the sports stars – there is no set criteria that needs to be met to apply. Off-boarding is JUST as important as on-boarding. When a client decides to move on, we continue to be their biggest supporters and cheerleaders. We acknowledge the growth and success we've achieved together, and we do everything we can to make the off-boarding experience as positive as possible. Hand-over videos, checklists of all of the platforms or logins they need to remove our access from, folders compiling all of the graphics, templates, and assets we've created for them, an end-of-campaign report, and a hand-written thank you note are just some of the touch points we include to ensure the off-boarding experience is just as enjoyable as the on-boarding.
