💡 What’s your coaching style? 💡 It’s not about finding “the best” way—it’s about finding “your” way! Here are some 🔑 coaching styles to elevate your team's performance: 1️. Kaizen: Small, continuous improvements. Plan, Do, Check, Review—make accountability part of the routine. 2️. Watch, Do, Review: Let them watch you, then work together, and finally, watch them take the lead. Step-by-step coaching! 3️. Passion vs. Fear: Passion ignites progress, but fear? Not so much. Celebrate victories and build from small wins. 4️. Education is key: Equip your team with the tools they need—whiteboards, PowerPoints, handouts—set them up for success! 👀 The best coaching blends different styles. Try them out and find what works for your team! #InternationalCoachingWeek is almost over though we are not done just yet. Now, a key element in the coaching process is asking questions. Yet, what makes questions so powerful, how can questions unleash creativity, and how can questions be framed to trigger innovative thinking? An approach to crafting questions is to tap on the 6Ws & 1H formula. With this formula, the coach constructs questions using Where, Why, What, Which, How, Who, and When. When done effectively, the coaching conversations flows from the right direction to take the coachee (where), to having the right intentions (why), using the right questions (what) and (which), asking them in the right way (how), asking them about the right person (who), and asking at the right time (when). See https://lnkd.in/gX4PKbd4 for more on asking powerful questions that releases solutions. Keep this formula in mind for the next coaching conversation and see how coaching unleashes potential! #coach #coaching #CoachingDevelopment #askingquestions #PowerfulQuestions

No amount of skills, tools, or techniques will matter if you aren’t doing this one thing as a coach… ✨Listening really well! ✨ Seems simple, right? But many people (and coaches) are stuck in level one listening, aka “listening to speak.” It’s a skill you must develop, yet is one that is often overlooked in favor of “fancier” skill sets. But it’s the one skill that will truly make a difference. And that’s why we currently are or wanting to become coaches, isn’t it? When you go back to coaching basics, you build a stronger foundation to anchor into as you navigate supporting clients through their transformations. You move away from simply doing coaching and step into what is possible when being coaching. Agree or disagree? The Impact of Personalized Coaching: "You’ve been reading the client feedback for the last 29 days and are also privy to the promotion of coaching. Some of you might be wondering if there’s a disconnect with what coaching truly is. What do you think? Is the feedback a reflection of client expectations or a recognition of the coaching process? So, what has to change—the coach training, clients' expectations, or the coaching itself?" #ClearCommunication, #PositiveSpeaking, #ClarityInSpeech, #careercoaching, #careercoachingforwomen

I'm not the most qualified strengths-based coach in the world, but here's why my clients love our work together: 1: Real-World Experience My clients value my hands-on experience and practical knowledge. I've lived the principles I teach, using a strengths-based approach to not only guide my career but also to help countless others find their paths to personal and professional success. 2: Collaborative Coaching Style My coaching style isn’t about lecturing from the front of the room if it's with a group or telling you what to do if it's one to one; it’s about collaboration. I believe 'the answer is always in the room,' and this philosophy shapes every session, creating a shared learning experience that empowers everyone involved. 3: Positive Client Testimonials The feedback I receive from clients isn't just about the results they achieve; it's about how the journey with 'At Full Strength' feels. Clients often mention feeling truly seen and understood more than ever before, and that's something I'm incredibly proud of. Want to experience this unique approach to unleashing your potential? Let’s connect. #StrengthsBasedCoaching #ClientSuccess #TeamEmpowerment
