You need to create SOPs for everything that you plan to delegate. When it comes to running a business, having a standard operating procedure is essential for streamlining processes and ensuring success. The procedure should aim to define the way in which tasks are completed, from day-to-day operations to more complex projects. Having a defined process will help provide structure and consistency. Once you have a standard operating procedure in place, one of the best ways to ensure its success is by hiring a Virtual Assistant. A Virtual Assistant can handle a variety of tasks, from completing administrative work to providing customer support. Additionally, they can help with more specialized tasks that may require expertise, such as creating sales materials or managing social media accounts. By leveraging the skills and expertise of a Virtual Assistant, you can ensure that your standard operating procedure is executed with efficiency and accuracy. They can help reduce overhead costs while also freeing up time for more specialized tasks.

Why do companies keep posting jobs they don't actually want to fill? Could it be just to gather data? It's frustrating when companies flood job boards with fake opportunities. LinkedIn could help by letting people review companies like Glassdoor does. That way, professionals can avoid sketchy companies—I've seen a few myself. But here's the thing, is it really fair as a HR manager? It's worrying to see these practices, especially from the people who are supposed to handle HR. It feels like they're forgetting the 'human' part of Human Resources. To all the resilient job seekers out there, keep pushing forward despite the challenges. Your determination and perseverance will eventually lead you to the right opportunity. Remember, every 'no' brings you closer to a 'yes.' Stay focused, stay positive, and never lose sight of your worth. Your dream job is out there waiting for you, and when you find it, all your efforts will be worth it. Keep believing in yourself, and success will surely follow. ❤️

I have all the skills and qualifications listed in the job posting, and I'm very interested in working at your company. I just spent 45min submitting my application. Please let me know when you would like to meet. Company: (no response) (One month later...) Company: We are urgently hiring an X. If you are an X, please apply! We are desperate! Me: Hi, I'm an X. To my point I made yesterday with a recent post, this is in much greater detail the struggle applicants share. At what point in time will we get noticed for our experience and knowledge rather than the way we look? Very honest truth, majority of big companies aren’t looking at applications, experience, knowledge or the emails they receive from applicants. They’re looking for the one person in a pile of applications to fit the image. In this day and age everything is about image, how you portray yourself as an individual or a company to reach a certain demographic or specific age group. Take some time, research into the companies you submit a resume or application to. You’ll be glad to know maybe the reason we don’t hear back 9/10 times is sometimes based on that “perfect image”.

If companies are continuously hiring, it doesn't necessarily mean they are expanding; it could mean that people are continuously leaving. Companies are like museums: They often have established ways of doing things, systems, and values that rarely change, similar to how museums preserve and display artifacts from the past. People visit and leave: Employees come and go, contributing their time and effort but eventually moving on. You might become an antique: If you don't evolve, you risk becoming like an "antique"—stuck in time, unchanged, and possibly irrelevant in a constantly changing world. Overall, this could be a reminder to adapt and grow within your work environment rather than becoming stagnant.

1 thing I’ve noticed with early-stage MedTech startups: Many lack a well-structured sales process. This is especially true at the top of the funnel and something I hear a lot from early stage sales hires, particularly around prospecting and driving the right conversations. Clarity on strategy, measurements for success and processes are often missing... Junior sales hires feel lost without this level of direction. Frustrated reps often exit, costing time and momentum. That’s why hiring process-focused sales leaders is critical. Leaders who build & refine repeatable systems that consistently deliver results. Ideally someone who has 'cut their teeth' in a scrappy start-up environment, who has proven they can scale effectively. Although there are 'some' in the bigger players who could be equally as effective that have launched into new segments operating in tighter business units. A leader like this is the fastest way to build a winning team. __ Is this the type of hire you need heading in 2025? Get in touch, it would be great to chat with you👍 Yozi Search & Selection

When it comes to hiring new employees, it's essential to look beyond just their experience on paper. While experience is important, other factors such as attitude, behavior, problem-solving skills, and character play a significant role in determining a candidate's potential success within a company. Attitude and behavior are crucial as they can greatly impact team dynamics and overall workplace culture. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others can contribute to a more productive and harmonious work environment. Moreover, problem-solving skills are essential in today's fast-paced and ever-evolving business landscape. Employees who demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities can adapt to challenges, think creatively, and contribute innovative solutions to drive the company forward. Character also plays a vital role in determining how well an individual will fit within a company's values and ethics. Hiring individuals with integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility can help maintain a positive reputation and build trust with both customers and colleagues. Therefore, considering these additional factors alongside experience can lead to a more well-rounded and successful hiring process.

Quit or not to quit? Market conditions have nothing to do with decision to quit a company. Even in this disruptive era, companies are still hiring. But its not in the way we know. But they are still hiring. Rapid technology changes will continue to happen. Question is how will you adapt to this change?
