But let’s take a moment to reflect on what this day should truly represent. For us, Black Friday isn’t just about endless consumption; it’s an opportunity to treat yourself to something meaningful, a piece you’ll treasure for years, not just because it’s discounted. Our commitment at Maison Mollerus has always been to handmade and fair made craftsmanship. Every item we create is crafted with precision and care, from the selection of top-quality materials to the final touches in our workshops. Our journey of appreciation for each piece starts in the very first stages of production, where we pour dedication into every stitch. HOW TO OBSERVE #BlackFriday Read more =>https://bit.ly/3NVkjgk There are several ways to maximize your Black Friday shopping success: 1. Plan ahead. Scour the ads both online and in newspapers. 2. Prioritize the wish list. Which item will you save the most if you can nab it? 3. Check to see if any of the deals are available online. Why stand in line when you can order from the comfort of your home? 4. Compare lists with friends and family. We can't be in two places at once, and not all the deals on your lists will be at the same store. 5. Coordinate with your group to divide and conquer. Work as a team to maximize successful shopping. 6. Make sure there isn't a purchase limit. If there is, make sure the team for that store is big enough to obtain the required number of bounty. 7. Set the alarm clock. Some of the best Black Friday deals start soon after midnight. 8. Dress warm if you are located in the colder regions of the country. 9. Pack a snack, a thermos of tea or coffee, and maybe even a lawn chair. Those lines and the wait get long. 10. Work in pairs. You don't want to lose your place in line if nature calls. #torrancevisitingangels #palosverdesvisitingangels #seniorhomecare #inhomeseniorcare #visitingangels #cargivers #seniors #palliativecare #hospice #ageinplace #homecareintorrance #bestseniorcareagencyintorrance

This >150 year old brand takes over New York every Thanksgiving. You can’t mention holiday shopping in USA, without thinking Macy’s. How? They are not like any other brand, I would consider them a cultural phenomenon! 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝘆’𝘀 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿: → $24.9B annual revenue → 163 years of Thanksgiving dominance → THE parade that kicks off the season I know many of you need to work on your holiday optimizations. Here’s your chance. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝘆’𝘀 𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: 🎁 Holiday urgency (Black Friday done right) 🎁 Seasonal cross-sells (family PJs? Genius) 🎁 Subtle “Star Rewards” loyalty nudges On top of what they do well, I also included what I would change as well to improve their conversion rate by 2-5% this christmas. 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻? 1️⃣ Like this post 2️⃣ Comment “Holiday Magic” 3️⃣ Repost for priority access I’ll send it faster than Macy’s can process a Black Friday order. 🎁 ✨ P.S. Can an onlineshop be too christmassy? Let’s debate!

What is Colour Friday? It's a campaign that encourages people to rethink how they approach holiday shopping by focusing on creativity, individuality, & thoughtful consumption. Rather than succumbing to the pressure of mass-produced Black Friday deals, Colour Friday aims to inspire consumers to support independent, creative businesses & artisans who offer unique, handcrafted goods. Colour Friday encourages people to shop for items that hold personal value, are sustainably made, or support local businesses. It’s about celebrating creativity & breaking away from the overwhelming commercialisation of the holiday season, focusing instead on thoughtful, meaningful gifts that bring joy to both the giver & the recipient. #ColourFriday #SupportIndependentMakers #ShopSmall #HandmadeGifts #ThoughtfulGifts #UniqueGifts #ShopLocal #SupportArtisans #IndependentShops #SupportSmallBusiness #BuyHandmade #SaltersEvents

A Thoughtful and Kind Approach to Black Friday We all know Black Friday is here with its tempting deals and discounts. However, here's a gentle reminder to pause and reflect on your shopping habits during this consumer-driven event. 1. Question Your Needs: Ask yourself, and be honest: why do I need this? Is it fulfilling a genuine need, or is it an impulsive buy? 2. Yoga’s Wisdom: Reflect on the Yamas and Niyamas in yoga, which teach us non-harming, truthfulness, and compassion. How can you apply these principles to your shopping habits this week? 3. The Science of Shopping: Consider the scientific evidence showing the dark side of dopamine spikes from shopping on our bodies and minds. Are you shopping for a quick high, or for long-term fulfilment? 4. Environmental Impact: Remember the environmental cost of irresponsible industries, particularly fast fashion. Every purchase has a footprint. How can you reduce yours? This Black Friday, let’s aim to shop mindfully, considering not just our immediate desires but also the broader impact of our choices. Let's sprinkle some intentionality on our purchases, adding a touch of meaningful consumption to our lives. Take a Breath, Reflect, and Choose Wisely Happy mindful shopping! 🌿🛒

Black Friday can devalue your brand, but it doesn’t have to. My go-to example of who do it brilliantly are Diptyque Paris. They do not do traditional Black Friday deals by slashing their prices. Instead they add value to the customer. They’ve previously created limited edition candles with different candle designs and packaging. Diptyque also have done value adds such as special edition ornaments, candle/fragrance minis etc. For me this is a great way for luxury brands to capitalise on increased Black Friday search demand around their brand. Adding value for customers rather than taking away value from their product. Does anyone else have any other examples of brands that do Black Friday differently that they love?

Just had a thought-provoking reflection about Black Friday... Having worked with shopping centers since 2015, I've noticed something crucial: we're thinking about Black Friday all wrong. It's not just a one-day sales event. It's the gateway to the entire festive shopping season. Remember 2017? I witnessed shoppers camping outside malls with sleeping bags at midnight. That energy doesn't just disappear after 24 hours. The real winners in retail are those who see Black Friday for what it truly is: a catalyst that ignites consumer excitement for the weeks ahead. Question for fellow marketers: Are you building isolated Black Friday campaigns, or are you crafting integrated festive season strategies? #RetailMarketing #BlackFriday #ConsumerBehavior #MarketingStrategy #RetailInsights

🛍️ Black Friday: From One-Day Frenzy to Global Shopping Marathon 🌍 Once upon a time, Black Friday was a single day of shopping madness, where brave souls would line up at the crack of dawn, fueled by leftover turkey sandwiches and the promise of unbeatable deals. 🦃🥪 Fast forward to today, and Black Friday has evolved into a weeks-long extravaganza, stretching far beyond the borders of the United States. Originally, this shopping event was a post-Thanksgiving tradition in the U.S., marking the start of the holiday shopping season. But now, it's a global phenomenon, embraced by countries where Thanksgiving dinner is as foreign as a snowstorm in the Sahara. ❄️🏜️ Retailers worldwide have jumped on the bandwagon, offering deals that start days, if not weeks, before the actual Black Friday. This year is no different. So, whether you're in New York or New Delhi, Black Friday has become a universal celebration of consumerism, proving that the love for a good bargain knows no borders. 🌐💸 Who else is curious to see how this retail event evolves in the coming years... #BlackFriday #GlobalShopping #RetailTherapy #DealsForDays
