Here are key metrics from our Impact Dashboard 2024, where we analyze our and our clients' #impact. 🚀 Clients grow while working with MDIF: clients experience a 170% #growth in reach, a 189% increase in #revenue and a 21% rise in staff, on average from their first to fifth year. 🔄 MDIF makes a difference: 98% of clients find our #support valuable, 83% experienced changes with MDIF, 82% believe it’s unlikely to have happened without MDIF. 📢 Clients facilitate public access to information (SDG 16.10): 255 million people got news and information from clients last year. 🌍 Their journalism and information-sharing help bring about social change: 92% of clients declared that they created impact last year. 🏆The information provided is of high quality: In 2023 alone, 70% of our clients won awards, with a total of 172 honors and accolades counted. Performances are often uncontrollable with very complex factors. Sports analysis is about finding the patterns in the "in-between" space of a performance. Excited to share that I’ve been invited to submit a full paper for the research papers competition at the 2025 MIT Sloan School of Management Sports Analytics Conference. Hoping that I will have the opportunity to share the research in Boston next year, an opportunity I was afforded back in 2016 & 2017. The paper demonstrates how S.P.A.I.N., a predictive model developed using machine learning, can be used as a financial valuation tool to provide more accurate franchise valuations for both VCs and teams. #DataScience #Analytics #Valuation

Since NO previous project will ever completely line up with an organization’s current needs, the request for examples of past success is a veiled attempt to 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐲. Of course, there are some amazing case studies detailing the impact of foresight projects at companies, institutions, and governments. However, each of these success stories includes its own unique set of variables: focal issue, geography, sector, etc…, and likely 𝐧𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩’𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤.
