As we welcome 2025, I’m reflecting on MANY years as a talent acquisition & staffing specialist. What keeps this career exciting isn’t just filling positions—it’s creating pathways for people to achieve their dreams while helping companies grow. I’m grateful for the partnerships built this year. It has been thrilling to connect exceptional talent with opportunities that inspire growth & impact, shaping brighter futures for individuals, families and businesses alike. The best part of my job? Finding great people (sometimes detective like skills at work) for great roles and presenting offers that empower them to build strong foundations for their families. When people ask me what I like most about my job… As a founder wearing a few hats 🎩, this was always a tricky question. But it isn’t anymore. In 2024, what I’ve enjoyed more than anything else is filming employee video stories. 🎬 I get to ask questions like: Why did you decide to apply? What were your first impressions on joining? How have you grown and developed? In what way do you feel supported? Simple questions that result in heartfelt stories 💛 of personal growth, overcoming challenges, and finding new confidence. 🌟 It’s like getting the inside scoop on a story. Seeing first-hand what a difference employers make when they really care about their people. And then we get to help employers share those stories to reach a wider talent audience. 🌍 Bite-sized moments that show why a company is a good place to work, why someone can trust in their career decision.
