Our Directors Elaine Warwicker and Hayley Parker attended the event between the Honourable Company of Gloucestershire, and the University of Gloucestershire where David Owen shared the Gloucestershire economic growth strategy. It was great to understand the growth plans for the county for the next 25 years, with the 3 key priorities underpinning the achievement of the vision highlighted as: - Business innovation and growth - Continuing to build skills and employment - Transitioning to being carbon neutral Exciting plans ahead! And with big ambition comes the need to have not only a clear vision, but clear objectives to achieve it, as highlighted by Ruth Dooley who was a great chair for the event. This coupled with David’s “how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time” comment when explaining the ambition for the county and taking it forward, along with the importance of alignment and collaboration so that all stakeholders achieve together, really resonated with us as it’s these key areas that underpin all of our work with clients. #ImprovingPerformanceTogether #GrowthStrategy #GloucestershireEconomicGrowthStrategy

New research by the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance states more than 1,000 international businesses are in the Charlotte Region. Since 2022, the Region has attracted more than $2 billion in foreign capital and generated more than 5,000 new jobs. 41 of those international businesses are right here in Iredell County. According to Ingo Rutenberg, CEO of DEHN, Inc. that located here earlier this year, “We prioritized and area with access to great talent, a solid standard of living for our team, and quick access to transportation that linked us to the rest of the country and internationally. We found that perfect balance in Iredell County.” WAY TO GO, IREDELL COUNTY! Honored to join an insightful roundtable with The Hon. Peter Dutton MP, Leader of the Opposition, and Dr Katie Allen to discuss some of the most pressing issues for Australia’s future. Our conversation focused on three key areas: Community resilience: How we can strengthen local support networks and foster resilience in challenging times. Economic confidence: Exploring ways to build stability and growth, and increase employment opportunities. Collaboration: The vital role corporate and not-for-profit organisations can play together in shaping a stronger, more inclusive Australia. It was inspiring to hear different perspectives on how we can collectively contribute to a more prosperous and resilient society. Together, we can make a real impact on our communities and nation. #leadership #community #economicconfidence #collaboration #strongeraustralia

🌟 𝗬𝗻𝘆𝘀 𝗠ô𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 🌟 At Ynys Môn Business Cooperative, we recognise the hurdles our community faces and are committed to overcoming them: 🔹 Planning & Politics – Addressing barriers that prevent local business growth and investment. 🔹 Employment – Creating opportunities for our young people to thrive right here at home. 🔹 Community Resilience – Combating the pressures of an ageing and declining population. 🔹 Cultural Preservation – Protecting and celebrating our unique Welsh heritage. We must look after Anglesey and its future much better than the way it is now. We acknowledge the long-established connections North Wales has with North West England, through family, trade, leisure, and sports. Brexit poses significant challenges, and while we respect diverse opinions from independence to immigration, our focus must be on creating opportunities for our young people first. Major planning failures have let local businesses and people down. We need to prioritise retaining our youth over focusing on language impact over ivestment and employment. If we can't create opportunities for local businesses and people, there won't be the communities, culture and Welsh language that we value. The challenges are real, but so is our resolve. Together, we can create a brighter future for Ynys Môn. #YnysMonBusiness #CommunityChallenges #SupportLocal #EmploymentOpportunities #CulturalPreservation #EconomicDevelopment 🌍 Address the issues.
