FLASH BACK OF (2021/07/03) THE NATURE OF CONTEMPORARY POLITICS. Contemporary politics is the systematic and continuous struggle and scheming to manipulate the desires of men in order to influence both their mind, brain and senses such as to gain power and authority; for the purpose to control their resources,in the interest of self, associates and probably the general public; and also continuous quest to retain power and authority, remain in power and excercise authority for the same purpose; and manipulate another election to further perpetuity self and lieutenants in power for the similar purpose, ad infinitum! Hello dear community, Realpolitik is a term from political science. It describes a form of politics that is oriented towards current circumstances as well as political and legal possibilities. Realpolitik does not follow wishes and ideas but adheres to the facts. At least, that's how the proponents of Realpolitik see it. Question for you: Do politicians nowadays really engage in real politics? Are politicians truly dealing with the facts, or are the interests of certain groups being prioritized?
