It has been over three months since I started working on a side project during weekends and holidays. Over the Easter long weekend, I have been designing a solution to help those seeking entry-level roles in the tech industry but with varying levels of knowledge or specific conditions. I've divided the solution into three paths: "Rookie": Perfect for beginners who are eager to learn and just starting out. "Shipcamp": Designed for those with basic tech knowledge, ready to jump straight into building. "Career Comeback": Tailored for experienced individuals looking to re-enter the tech industry after a break/transition. While this is just a wip, my mates are helping me get it off the ground. Sabal Poudel and my partner Utkrista KC are working on getting the tech ready for the Career Club. We will be adding a few more people to speed up the design and development and also experts who can guide us in developing the practical content. While this might be a partial solution, we will develop personalised learning paths for each category, integrating a mix of online courses, workshops, mentorship, peer coding and hands-on project. We hope to launch it on Q1 of 2025 #tech #sideprojectforimpact #launching2025

My Journey from Service to Product-Based Companies 💪 When I began my career in a service-based company, I was often told that transitioning to a product-based firm would be a tough task. 😓 "Your learning curve will plateau, and after a few years, no one will hire you," they said. But I chose to see this not as a discouragement but as a challenge to overcome. I was determined to prove that with the right mindset and dedication, I could make the jump. 🔸 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗷𝗼𝗯: Balancing a full-time job with interview preparation was the real test of time management and discipline. → So, for this I set daily learning goals, started my days early, and ensured my office work was completed by evening. → This routine allowed me to dedicate my nights to interview prep, job applications, and enriching my knowledge with good books. → Regular exercise and proper sleep kept me motivated and energized for the journey ahead. 🔸 𝗔 𝗥𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲 I recall one particular rejection that hit me hard. 😰 After a series of promising interviews, I was hopeful for an offer. But a month later, the final round resulted in a NO.' It was a dream job, and the wait had only increased my disappointment. Yet, it was this very experience that made me realize I had more work to do. I wasn't ready yet, but I would be. With renewed spirit, I doubled my efforts, not allowing sadness to cloud my vision. 💪 Today, as I reflect on my journey, I stand proud as a testament to the fact that where you start doesn't dictate where you end up. It's perseverance, continuous learning, and resilience in the face of rejection that pave the way to success. However, I’ve seen multiple working professionals going through the same, and giving up eventually. So, if the same is with you, remember, you don’t have to do anything alone. Take the help of mentors & friends, and if you need expert guidance check Bosscoder Academy Check them here: https://bit.ly/3VwcKll They can help you by providing → ✅ Structured curriculum to learn problem-solving in DSA, System Design, and Full stack development. ✅ Personal Mentorship from industry experts. ✅ Live Classes & 24/7 Doubt Support. ✅ Real-life, relevant projects with Placement Assistance #rejection #collab #dreambig
