I agree a balanced approach is needed for the future of education. However, we first need an approach to measuring durable skills or Human Intelligence. Our outdated system has not yet prioritized holding ourselves accountable for equipping students with the skills and mindsets they will need to succeed in our AI world. There are pockets of innovation happening, but it’s time to come together and scale these practices so ALL students benefit. Who’s with me? Human Intelligence Movement #hi4ai #k12education #change

Meet the students where they are. Higher ed dynamics are changing with more and more adult students in the fold and they need the shorter, more accessible, more flexible paths to a credential. Are these credentials the future of higher ed? We shall see. But if done correctly, they will be able to add value to a university and give students practical skills to help them sooner rather than later. #education | #innovation | #continuingeducation | #university | #highereducation

Time to Rethink Our Education System!! In today’s fast-paced world, the traditional education model focusing primarily on theory is no longer enough. To truly prepare students for the real world, we must balance theory with hands-on experience. Imagine an education system where at least 50% of the learning is practical—students would not only understand concepts but also apply them in real-world situations. Practical learning makes understanding easier and more effective. It fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and the development of essential skills. By embracing this change, we can bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical expertise, helping individuals become more adaptable, innovative, and job-ready. #EducationReform #PracticalLearning #SkillsDevelopment #FutureOfEducation
