Why do I have almost full gym equipment at home? (not yet full anyway) I'm not a trainer or an athlete. Not even close. “Most people want to change the world to improve their lives, but the world they need to change first is the one inside themselves.” I want to help to transform so I transform myself. Empathy should "run" the transformation; only going through one consistently, gives real empathy and understanding, that's what I believe. Meditation and somatic exercise to transform my mind and fears. Exercise to transform the brain and body. The world is changing, we change old systems to new systems - human and technology-wise. Those are going to be big changes in mindset and in everyday processes. So let's prepare ourselves so our mind and body feel safe and confident to be able to get through and with them. *For the context - I work in the rehabilitation technology field, and the technology is evolving SO fast, that it sometimes feels dizzy and overwhelming. My dizziness won't stop it from arriving though:D

🌟 Guided Exercise 🌟 I love this guided exercise, which I have adapted from various sources, that combines the power of crossing the midline and regulation through colouring in. This unique approach aims to promote holistic wellness and cognitive development. Here's how it works: 1. Prepare the Page: Start by pasting the page down so that it is centered with your invisible midline. 2. Scribble with Eyes Closed: Close your eyes and scribble on the page using a pencil. Simply relax and see what unfolds as your creativity flows freely. 3. Colouring In: Once you've finished scribbling, unleash your creativity by colouring in the page. You can use poster paints, crayons, pencil crayons, or any medium of your choice. 4. Crossing the Midline: Here's where the magic happens! Colour the left half of the page with your right hand and the right half of the page with your left hand. It's important to keep your body centred and avoid leaning towards the hand you're using. Ensure that your hand crosses your body and head as you color. This exercise not only engages both hemispheres of the brain but also promotes coordination, concentration, and mindfulness. By integrating simple yet effective techniques, we can enhance cognitive function and promote overall well-being. The experience also assists with regulation and relaxation. Incoordination often causes problems Uncoordinated movement is due to a problem with muscle control that results in an inability to coordinate movements. However, it is important to remember that we all face challenges at some point in our lives, and how we deal with them can make a big difference in our emotional and mental well-being. The first key to overcoming obstacles is to accept them. It can be tempting to deny or minimize a problem, but this will only delay the resolution of the problem. Instead, recognize the situation for what it is, and accept that it is a part of your current reality.
