Last night, we attended the Ad 2 Minnesota Women’s Leadership Panel and heard from some inspiring women in the industry about how they’re embracing “More Space, Less Sorry.” We are proud to be a women-founded, women-owned agency and we are energized by this community!

I learned a lot during this webinar, and I know there is so much more to learn and practice, individually & collectively. My key take-aways: - #Neurodiversity- not everyone thinks and interacts with the world in the same way- some disabilities may not be as obvious as others, and everyone in the #recruitment process can benefit from understanding this when they work with candidates - The Social Model of #disability understands that in the right setting, a disability can actually be a STRENGTH! 💪 I love this. - Most importantly, I left this meeting touched by this rule of thumb: focus on Capability versus Disability - taking the time to figure out what someone is CAPABLE of! 🙌 Thank you Bev Weinberg, OTD & Donna Carroll for sharing your insights. & thank you to American Staffing Association & the Innov8tors for opening this up to the public. #inclusion #staffing #capabilities #neurodivergence
