In my latest for Forbes, I share my thoughts on why so many business leaders hesitate when it comes to disability inclusion – fear of "getting it wrong." But what if that fear is holding us back from transformative change?  From rollercoaster rides to boardroom decisions, I explore how confronting our anxieties can lead to real progress in creating inclusive workplaces. https://lnkd.in/e9bPxCQW #DisabilityInclusion #Leadership

This was a really great article. I loved how you talked about true inclusion, which is actively engaging and listening to the lived experience of others.

Great that this conversation is getting visibility in @ Forbes. I’ve found when true inclusion exists courage, compassion and creativity help to sort out those anxieties. It’s marvellous when these Strengths are owned by both the leader and the disabled Talent🎉
