SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) give us a clear map and understanding of what we think we need to do to achieve results in a given time-frame. When we use those goals to determine our behavior, we learn more about what is needed and usually need to alter the goals. This is not an indicator of failure, but of success. Here are 10 ways to forecast revenue that have helped our clients scale smartly: 1️⃣ Historical Data Analysis: The past often predicts the future. Look at your last 12 months of revenue. 2️⃣ Market Trends: Is your industry growing or shrinking?
