Last week, team members at Hallfield School voluntarily stepped up for a Mince Pie Masterpiece Challenge to design and create unique mince pies.
It was incredible to see the team’s creativity shine, with every pie showcasing a festive twist! The pies were judged by Hallfield staff and the final decision came down to the Head Judge, Headmaster Keith B Morrow FCCT FRSA.
The best part? All the creations made their way to the Christmas lunch.
We’re on a mission to serve 25,000 meals across the country this festive season and we need your help to reach our goal. Together, we can ensure that no one goes hungry this Christmas.

We extend a huge thank you to Assistance League of Atlanta, which has recently partnered with 3Keys to donate essential items for our residents. This partnership means that our residents—many of whom arrive with little to nothing more than the clothes they are wearing—will receive welcome kits with new bedding, shower shoes, pots and pans, laundry pods, towels, and much more. Assistance League of Atlanta is also assisting with our activities program by donating supplies that enable us to continue offering meaningful activities for our residents. Partnerships like this are critical in helping us support our residents as they transition from homelessness to stability.

Something happened this year at Bikes for Kids WI, the floodgates opened and we saw a steady stream of people in need of low-cost transportation who were unable to afford bikes on their own, more than ever before.
The 2,500 bikes we've given away in 2024 have been distributed to all people in need, not just kids. Giving bikes to kids under the age of 11 is a critical part of our work because, if you don't have a bike as a kid, you won't have one as an adult. Beyond age 11, kids are often too embarrassed to learn to ride and they become focused on cars as transportation although they've yet to learn how expensive it is to own a car as those costs go far beyond the initial price of the vehicle.
And yes, kids do use their bikes for economic mobility. Kids are often eager to work but when you're too young to drive, a bike provides access to those opportunities. They also help kids get to school and they reduce truancy for many of the kids we serve. Bikes provide access to opportunities. They are so much more than just a recreational option for the people we serve--they are a lifeline.
Operation Fresh Start became a new distribution partner for us this year and that's how we connected to Calio and King, the two boys who helped us reach the new milestone of 2,500 bikes given away in 2024. I'll drop a photo of the boys and their bikes in the comments. You will love seeing those smiles! 😊

At goodr, we have TWO WAYS we donate money back to our community...
🌍 1% for the Planet: as a member, we're required to donate 1% of our top-line revenue to causes that benefit the earth.
📣 Amplify Series: donations that benefit people and human rights.
Flamingos (employees) can pitch ideas for donations that fall into these categories, we review them internally, and many of them get greenlit. We love giving to causes that we believe in personally, and there are many orgs we've been donating to over several years.

This Holiday Season, Give the Gift of Joy on Two Wheels
The holiday season is about more than gifts—it’s about creating moments of joy, memories that last, and opportunities for every child to experience the magic of the season. This year, you can help make that magic happen by donating to an incredible cause: providing bikes to kids in need.
For many children, a bike isn’t just a toy; it’s a symbol of freedom, adventure, and confidence. It’s the chance to explore their world, join in with friends, and feel the wind on their face as they ride into new possibilities. Sadly, not every child gets to experience this joy.
But you can change that.
Your donation will help put bikes under Christmas trees for kids who might not otherwise receive gifts this year. It’s more than a present—it’s an investment in a child’s happiness, health, and independence.
Every dollar counts. Whether you’re able to contribute $10, $50, or more, your support makes a tangible difference. Together, we can ensure no child is left out of the joy of the holiday season.
Let’s pedal toward something extraordinary. Donate today and give a child the gift of freedom, adventure, and happiness.

I am excited to support the Divine Purpose Toy Drive, which aims to give away 200 bikes this Christmas in Southern Louisiana! A big thank you to Mattress Firm for sponsoring several dozen bikes, and a special shoutout to our CRO, Jody Putnam, for being the first to personally donate on our GoFundMe page! It’s thrilling to be part of a culture that gives back. Please consider donating $10 or $100 today to help us purchase bikes for children in need! Every dollar counts!
I still remember Christmas when I was 6 years old, receiving my red bike, complete with a matching red helmet and no training wheels!

As #HospiceCareWeek comes to an end, we want to highlight the vital work of our #HospiceShopHeroes 👇
💜 Rowcroft plays a key role in delivering vital end-of-life care to 2,500 patients and their loved ones across South Devon each year.
📈 However, we’re facing increasing financial pressures due to many factors including rising costs, a national drop in charitable giving, low and stagnating government funding, and a growing demand for end-of-life care.
👩⚕️ These challenges underscore the critical need for community support and funding to ensure the continuation of important services.
By visiting and donating to our Rowcroft shops, YOU play a crucial role in ensuring we can continue to deliver end-of-life care across your local community.

💡 Fuelling Mornings, Supporting Families
Members of our community came together to donate generous amounts of cereal and breakfast items for families in need.
🍽️ Breakfast matters. For many, it’s the most important meal of the day—providing energy, focus, and a sense of normality during difficult times. Thanks to these donations, we can ensure families don’t miss out on kick starting their day.
✨ This is the power of community kindness. Small actions, like donating cereal, can make a big difference for those who need it most.
