Did you know hospitality can be a melting pot of cultures? 🌎 Recently, we attended a networking event where we were captivated by stories from international colleagues. Amid the excitement, many attendees felt their cultural backgrounds weren’t fully appreciated, which struck a chord with us. This realization sparked a challenge! Lately, it feels like you could open just about any business, focus on offering excellent customer service and be wildly successful because right now it is so rare to find really good, dependable service. It’s almost enough to make me want to get back into the service industry just to try my theory. Almost. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with some of the most talented people in the hospitality industry.
