Excited to announce my completion of the New Intro to Lean Thinking and Practice Training at Lean Enterprise Institute, marking the start of my Lean learning journey! Despite my nearly four years of experience in car manufacturing and my familiarity with the Toyota Way, this training provided a comprehensive exploration of lean principles that enabled me to uncover new insights and perspectives. Seven years ago, I had the privilege of attending the late Kazuo KAWASHIMA San training session, and it was truly eye-opening. Inspired by his insights, I dove headfirst into the world of continuous improvement, finding myself drawn to the philosophies of #Kaizen and Lean.
