Going further, coming back sharper, now looking for a challenger…. The exact value of something doesn’t lie in what we gain in obtaining it but rather in what effort we put on the table to get it. I realized this sentence is even more true with my own current experience, being in Australia far from home for 7 months now, managing my personal and profesionnal path on a daily basis, re-setting my own next objectives frequently and getting from this process so many personal understandings and self growth. Therefore, I trust my evolution and improvement thought this journey which empowers myself considerably, being immersed in another culture on a daily basis, sharing the lifestyle and workplace of another population and observing my environment. Living, working, starting up a business in Melbourne is nothing comparable to the french way of doing it, and the value of my professional experience here is for sure based on the way I identify the key trends here and absorb these key insights to share and impact the European market in my Hospitality industry in a near future. ⭐️ So what’s next ? I aim to bring a fresh eye and pioneer ideas on the way we can develop the next outstanding customer experiences in our European venues (restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels..), with impactful concepts drawn by overseas influences.
