Gratitude as a Way of Life Thanksgiving is a season that reminds us to pause and reflect on what we’re grateful for. But gratitude isn’t just a holiday practice—it’s a powerful mindset that can transform every area of our lives. Here’s how gratitude shows up: 1️⃣ In Challenges: Even the hard moments teach us something. Gratitude for the lessons we gain can help us grow and build resilience. 2️⃣ In Relationships: Saying “thank you” to those who support, challenge, or inspire us deepens bonds and builds trust. 3️⃣ In Everyday Life: Recognizing the small joys—a smile from a stranger, a kind gesture, or a moment of quiet—grounds us in the present. What I’m reflecting on this Thanksgiving: Gratitude isn’t just about the “big wins.” It’s about embracing all parts of life, even the imperfect ones, because they shape who we are. Let’s take a moment this week to thank someone who’s made an impact on us. Who are you most thankful for, and why? Share your thoughts below—I’d love to hear them! #Gratitude #Thanksgiving #Reflection #ThankfulMoments

What Does It Mean to Live in Gratitude? 🦃🍁 As we gather with loved ones this November, Thanksgiving reminds us of the profound impact gratitude can have—not just for one day, but as a way of life. Living in gratitude means being fully present, cherishing the people we love, and appreciating the kindness that surrounds us. It transforms challenges into opportunities and hardships into valuable lessons. Gratitude allows us to see the blessings in our lives, especially the connections we share with those closest to us. In a family business, gratitude is more than an emotion—it's a guiding principle. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I’m celebrating a Week of Gratitude Challenge—and I invite you to join me! I’ve posted quite often that gratitude is a daily practice of mine. The minute I open my eyes I say a prayer of gratitude. Gratitude is more than a fleeting feeling, and it helps us focus on positivity and abundance instead of negativity and the next thing we are striving for. I hope this week you will join me and take intentional steps toward a healthier, more joyful life by reflecting on the people, experiences, moments and things we have in our lives. Here’s the challenge for the week. Express gratitude for: 🌟 Day 1: 3 loved ones who have enhanced your life. 🌟 Day 2: 3 meaningful experiences you’re grateful for. 🌟 Day 3: 3 colleagues who’ve made a difference in your journey. 🌟 Day 4: 3 mentors or teachers who’ve guided you. 🌟 Day 5: 3 opportunities that shaped your path. 🌟 Day 6: 3 of the most impactful things you‘ve learned. 🌟 Day 7: 3 prized possessions and why they mean so much to you. **Weekly Recommendation: Gratitude as a Practice** With Thanksgiving yesterday, gratitude is top of mind. It’s amazing how taking just a few moments each day to reflect on the good in our lives can transform our mindset and bring us more joy. One practice I’ve found incredibly impactful is **keeping a gratitude journal**. Each day, write down three things you’re grateful for—big or small. It could be a kind word from a friend, progress on a project, or even a good cup of coffee. Over time, this simple habit rewires your brain to focus on the positives. If you want to start your own gratitude journaling journey, there are some great tools available, like the **Five Minute Journal** or even a simple notebook. The act of writing it down is what matters most. This Thanksgiving season, I’m grateful for family, opportunities to grow, and the amazing people I connect with here and elsewhere. What are you most grateful for this year? #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #GratitudeJournal #MindsetMatters #WeeklyWisdom

Happy Thanksgiving! You know, life moves fast. But every now and then, we’ve got to hit pause, step back, and take a moment to reflect. Think about the wins, the breakthroughs, and the times when things just worked out—even when it seemed impossible. Those moments weren’t accidents. They shaped who we are and got us to where we are today. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and it’s the perfect time to do just that. Look back on your journey. Remember those moments when everything seemed stacked against you, but somehow, you made it through. Reflect on the times when solutions came at just the right time, or when someone showed up and made a difference in your life. When we stop to give thanks, it does something for us. It shifts our mindset. It reminds us that even in tough times, there’s still so much to be grateful for. And that gratitude? It fuels us. It gives us the strength and perspective we need to move forward with confidence and purpose. So, take that time. Celebrate the victories, big and small. Reflect on your journey. And let the power of gratitude transform how you step into what’s next. #happythanksgiving #thankful

🍁 Reflecting on Gratitude and Legacy This Thanksgiving 🍁 As Thanksgiving approaches, I find myself pausing to reflect on the true meaning of gratitude, connection, and legacy. This day is more than a celebration of abundance and shared meals—it’s an opportunity to honor the people, experiences, and values that shape our lives. For me, Thanksgiving is a reminder of the power of community. Whether it’s the ballroom floor, the boardroom, or the spaces where we come together to create and inspire, we all carry the ability to elevate one another. Gratitude fuels this, allowing us to recognize the beauty of our journeys and the potential in what lies ahead. I’ve learned to value life’s essentials: the support of loved ones, the energy to push forward, and the creativity to build something lasting. These aren’t just personal truths—they reflect what I aim to embody in my work, whether it’s helping others define their brand, build their legacy, or navigate the entrepreneurial world with confidence and grace. This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for the amazing individuals in my life—my family, friends, clients, and collaborators. Each of you is part of a larger story, one where we strive to make an impact, not just for ourselves but for those who come after us. As you gather around your tables, I encourage you to think about your legacy. What mark are you leaving on the world? How can gratitude and connection inspire your next steps? Take this time to rest, recharge, and dream. Let this holiday remind you that success is not just in the achievements but in the relationships, lessons, and moments of joy that shape our lives. From my family to yours, I wish you a Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and inspiration to reach new heights. Thank you for being part of my journey and for allowing me to be part of yours. Happy Thanksgiving, and cheers to building a legacy of gratitude and purpose! #Thanksgiving2024 #Gratitude #LegacyBuilding #LaurenLaPointe #ElevateYourBrand #BuildYourLegacy #InspireAndConnect

Give Thanks to the Person You Used to Be This Thanksgiving, let’s take a moment to express gratitude to someone we often overlook: our past self. Think about it—every challenge you’ve faced, every difficult decision you’ve made, and every small step you’ve taken brought you to where you are today. Your past self might not have had all the answers, but they kept going. They tried. They persevered. Maybe there were times when things felt overwhelming, but you showed up anyway. You took that risk, left that toxic situation, or stayed resilient through a tough season. Even if you stumbled along the way, those moments shaped the person you are now. This Thanksgiving, thank your past self for: • The courage to keep moving forward when things felt uncertain. • The lessons learned from mistakes, even when they were hard to face. • The resilience to endure challenges that seemed insurmountable at the time. • The determination to grow, no matter how small the progress seemed. Your past self wasn’t perfect, but they were enough—and they gave you the foundation to build the life you have today. So, take a moment today to pause, reflect, and say, “Thank you.” Then carry that gratitude forward as you continue becoming the best version of yourself. What’s one thing you want to thank your past self for? #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #PersonalGrowth #SelfReflection #MentalWellBeing
