🍂 Embracing Gratitude This Thanksgiving Season 🍂 As Thanksgiving draws near here in the US, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible blessings in my life—and YOU, my community, are one of them. Whether we've worked together, connected through conversations, or supported each other from afar, I am deeply grateful for your trust, engagement, and presence. Your connection fuels my purpose, and for that, I am endlessly thankful. In the spirit of gratitude, I want to share 3 powerful ways to embrace gratitude this Thanksgiving: ✨ Pause to Reflect Take a moment to acknowledge the wins—big and small—you’ve achieved this year. Gratitude begins with recognizing the journey and honoring the progress you’ve made. ✨ Celebrate Your Connections Gratitude is amplified when shared. Reach out to someone who has inspired or supported you and let them know the impact they’ve had on your life. A simple “thank you” can create powerful ripples. ✨ Invest in Yourself Gratitude is also about giving back to YOU. Take time to rest, reflect, and align with what matters most to you. Self-care is an act of gratitude for the life you’re creating. This season is the perfect time to acknowledge all that you’ve accomplished and align with what’s next. I’d love to hear—what are you most grateful for this year? Drop a comment or send me a message. Let’s celebrate gratitude together. Wishing you and your loved ones a season filled with abundance, joy, and connection. With heartfelt thanks, Julie #Gratitude #ThanksgivingSeason #IntentionalLiving #YouDecide #CommunityConnection #youdecide #claimwhatsyours #liveboldlivebeautiful #manifestyourdreams

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. But can we talk about something for a second? Why do we only take one day a year to say “thank you”? To appreciate the people in our lives? To reflect on what we’re grateful for? Life moves fast. We spend most of it chasing the next goal, the next milestone, the next big thing. And it’s so easy to forget the little things: → That friend who checks in on you randomly. → That colleague who makes work feel less like work. → That stranger who held the door when you were in a rush. Here’s what I’ve learned: - Gratitude isn’t just about the big wins. - It’s about noticing the small moments that make life beautiful. So, this Thanksgiving, let’s try something different. Let’s not just say “thank you” today. Let’s carry it with us—every day, in every way. - Tell someone they matter. - Appreciate the small joys. - Celebrate the now. Because life doesn’t wait for a holiday to give us moments worth being thankful for. P.S.: What’s one thing you’re most thankful for this year?

Gratitude on Thanksgiving Day Thanksgiving is more than a holiday—it’s a reminder of the power of gratitude. In our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to focus on what’s missing or what’s next. But today, let’s pause to appreciate what we already have and the people and experiences that shape our journey. I’m especially grateful for: Our Workplaces: For the opportunities, challenges, and sense of purpose they provide. Our Leaders: For their vision, guidance, and ability to inspire us to do better. Our Families and Friends: For their love, unwavering support, and the joy they bring into our lives. Life Itself: For the lessons, even in struggles, and the beauty of everyday moments we sometimes overlook. Gratitude shifts our perspective. It helps us find strength in challenges, joy in small victories, and connection in relationships. On this Thanksgiving, let’s reflect not only on the big milestones but also on the quiet, everyday blessings that often go unnoticed. As we gather with loved ones or reflect in solitude, let’s carry this spirit of gratitude into every day that follows. What are you most thankful for today? I’d love to hear your reflections—let’s inspire one another to live with intention, appreciation, and purpose. Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving! #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #Appreciation #Reflection #Mindset

As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re surrounded by reminders to give thanks and practice gratitude. Today, I want to share my personal gratitude practice—a way to deepen your sense of appreciation for life. Every day, I reflect on these prompts. They help me savor life’s moments, big and small: 1️⃣ A person: Who are you grateful to have in your life or to have known? 2️⃣ This moment: What are you grateful for right now? 3️⃣ Yesterday: What happened in the last 24 hours that you’re thankful for? 4️⃣ The past: What’s something from your distant past that changed your life? 5️⃣ The future: What are you excited and grateful to look forward to? 6️⃣ Close calls: What’s something bad that almost happened but didn’t? 7️⃣ Hindsight: What’s something you thought was bad at the time but, in hindsight, you’re glad it happened? 8️⃣ The present: What do you have now that isn’t guaranteed—something you could lose? These prompts remind me not to take life for granted. Gratitude helps us see the richness of the life we have right now. Take a moment this week to reflect on what you're thankful for. Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving. What’s something you’re grateful for today?

🍂 Let's practice gratitude together! 🍂 💭 Tell us something that you're grateful for today in the comments. Don't be shy -- we'll go first! 1. We are grateful for our compassionate clinicians and their work. 2. We are grateful for our clients and the trust that they bring with them through our doors. 3. We are grateful for the learning opportunities that arise from both challenges and successes. Don't quite know where to start? Here are some ways to cultivate gratitude: Daily Journaling: Write 3-5 things you’re grateful for each day. Gratitude Letters: Write to someone you appreciate (even if you don’t send it). Mindful Reflection: Spend a few moments each day reflecting on what’s going well. Let's spread positivity together as we approach Thanksgiving this Thursday. 🙏 #GratitudeChallenge #mentalhealthmatters #grateful
