Hardee Fresh is building a new facility in Americus, GA, which will be completed in 2025 and is set to become the largest vertical farm in the world. "Always ready" - FarmInsect's hard-working harvester May we introduce: With the installation of Generation 7 of our fattening system, from now on the #SealingSystem robot will take over the strenuous work - harvesting the fattened Hermetia larvae and feeding the rearing boxes to the dosing unit for the fattening substrate. The basic idea behind our system is to automate only those components that are absolutely necessary. After all, any form of automation is associated with development and production costs and is reflected in the profitability calculation of the system. Lehmann Marine Equips 6 Fish Farm Support Vessels with CUBE Battery Systems German-based Lehmann Marine GmbH, a leading provider of #marine #energystorage systems and market leader for safe #LFP-based #batterytechnology, is pleased to announce that it has received a significant order to supply six CUBE battery systems with a total capacity of 6.6 MWh for state-of-the-art fish farm support vessels. This order underlines the industry‘s trust in the innovative technology and quality of Lehmann Marine‘s compact and safe battery technology. Elmarin AS, a Norwegian system integrator providing #electricalengineering services for the #maritimeindustry, has placed the order. The SLETTA VERFT AS builds the six fish farm support vessels that will enlarge the fleets of FSV Group AS, Cermaq Norway AS , and Frøy AS. This significant order underlines Lehmann Marine and Elmarin‘s shared vision to deliver state-of-the-art and environmentally friendly #energysolutions for the maritime industry, especially for the challenging demands of the #fishfarming industry. The delicate ecosystem of a fish farm is an ideal application area for #emissionsfree and #noise-reduced vessels with #hybridelectric propulsion. The CUBE battery systems selected for this project are made in Germany and offer a unique combination of flexibility, safety, and efficiency. Thanks to their modular design, the batteries can be ideally adapted to the specific requirements of the #aquaculture farm support vessels and the limited space on board. The flexibility in configuration is combined with easy maintenance, thanks to small and easily accessible battery modules.
