LET'S CELEBRATE ALL OUR WINS !! 🎉 ESPECIALLY THE ONES PEOPLE DON’T SEE   Last week was huge for me, with three wins I’m especially proud of: 1.  My brand new speech with fresh material that resonated powerfully. 2.  Pitching to mainstream media in Sydney, allowing me to form new connections that will help my voice & message reach new audiences. 3. Showing up with grace, strength & power at a legal proceeding that has massively challenged me for the last 18 months. I am really proud of these “public” successes that other people can see, but they are a tiny glimpse of the “private” successes that lie beneath them. But behind each of these moments are countless hours of commitment, growth, and persistence.  Behind every “win” lies a mountain of invisible victories—work done in silence and dedication that no one sees, but that makes all the difference. For me, this journey isn’t just about what I’m creating externally; it’s about WHO I’m becoming in the process. It’s been years of: • Getting clear on my vision, my message, & my purpose on this planet 🌎 • Deepening my self-trust and reshaping my relationship with my emotions. Ultimately I think our journey through life is a journey of the emotions, & in letting them guide rather than control us. • Trusting in my own resilience through times of uncertainty - even on days when I wasn’t sure where I’d be sleeping the next night   The truth is, public recognition and accolades are just the tip of the iceberg. What really defines us are the quiet moments - the times we keep pushing forward, when no-one’s watching, because we’re committed to our growth & our cause. For each of us, the private work is where the magic truly happens. In the shadows of our public “wins,” we’re constantly choosing courage, dedication, and resilience over comfort.  This is what it means to show up in our lives.  The success others see is built on top of a foundation of consistency and self-belief, often made one difficult decision at a time. So today, I invite you to acknowledge your own wins - both seen and unseen. For every celebrated achievement, there’s so much more behind it: the practice, the failures, the sacrifices, the choices to keep on going when it could’ve been far easier to give up. Today is launch day! 🚀 🚀 As a dad of 2, I've had wonderful experiences with Intermountain Health and the doctors/nurses that provided care for my wife and 2 boys when they were born. There were times they went above and beyond and it didn't feel like a simple "thank you" was enough. The external recognition feature changes the way that employees are recognized and allows many frontline workers to be highlighted in ways they couldn't be previously. Historically, it's not just me who wishes there were better ways to recognize the employees who assist my family at the hospital. Deloitte recently published an article (linked in comments) discussing how employers can help close the tech gap for frontline workers and this statistic stood out: "80% of frontline employees say that their company provides few connection opportunities at work." 😬 External recognition helps engage the deskless and frontline workforce by allowing their customers to celebrate the individuals that create meaningful experiences for their brand. Super pumped for this launch and what it will create for the employees of the companies we work with!

This week, QBRs are at the center. I couldn’t be prouder of the development and dedication of my team members. It’s incredible to see how much we’ve achieved together. We also noticed that the small things make a big impact: 💬 Explaining the Purpose of Meetings: When everyone understands the "why," it transforms the "how" and "what." Clear objectives lead to more productive discussions and outcomes. 📧 Following Up After Meetings: Consistent follow-ups ensure accountability and keep us all on track. It’s a simple practice that reinforces our commitments and drives progress. 💙 Kindness Costs Nothing: A positive attitude and a few kind words go a long way.
