Project Spotlight! Its façade features elevated gardens, pastures, canyons, and waterfalls, seamlessly integrating natural elements into a modern building. The project, located in the River North (RiNo) Art District, houses 187 residential units and a 9,000-square-foot commercial space on the ground floor. The most striking feature of the glass-clad structure is a series of cuts across the front of its gently curved volume, referred to by the project team as a "landscaped rift." This rift spans 10 stories and includes planted terraces and water features. The One River North tower also features outdoor spaces on the roof, and due to its post-breakage performance, the SentryGlas® interlayer was used. On floors six through nine, open spaces offer panoramic views of the neighborhood and the Rocky Mountains, evoking Colorado's distinctive geography with canyons and natural ecosystems. A section of the rift has been described as a natural trail that extends four stories up the structure. This canyon is part of the 13,000 square feet (1,200 square meters) of outdoor recreational space available to the residents of the 187 units. The Rocky Mountains, visible from the roof terrace with its pool, spa, and garden, significantly influenced the project's design. The predominantly residential building includes 7,995 square feet (743 square meters) of commercial space and 178 underground parking spaces. #ArchitectureDesign #ModernLiving #OneRiverNorth #StructuralEngineering #SentryGlas #InnovativeDesign #SustainableArchitecture #GlassArchitecture #UrbanLiving #DenverColorado #DesignInspiration #LuxuryApartments #ArchitecturalFeatures #SkylineDesign
