It's currently Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme this year, as set by the Mental Health Foundation, is “Movement: moving more for our mental health”. We all know exercise is good for us — it's proven to reduce anxiety and depression, and it can help prevent physical illnesses — but many of us struggle to move enough, and there are lots of different reasons for this. Finding something that moves your body and mind could be as simple as getting off the bus one stop early, chair exercises while you're watching TV, or dancing round the kitchen while you cook dinner — it all counts! #mentalhealthawarenessweek #momentsformovement #moveyourway #raisingawareness #healthcareanimation #creativityforhealth
