💥 Change of Perspective: A win-win situation for both our clients and employees at #INTECH2024 💯 Last week, our campus in Ditzingen buzzed with activity as hundreds of clients strolled through our doors, accompanied by #TRUMPF employees that volunteered to support our sales teams. ensuring they had an unforgettable experience. Many of these employees typically don't work in sales or customer-facing roles. At #INTECH, they now had the oppotunity to better understand our clients, while also honing their own skills in sales. Take Kathrin Häußler, for instance. Usually working in digital marketing at TRUMPF, she volunteered at our in-house fair: 💬 "Interacting directly with customers is an exciting change for me. At INTECH, I get to connect with our clients firsthand, gaining valuable insights into their challenges and requirements. I worked in the consulting world for seven years, doing everything from role-out O365 and ghostwriting for CIOs to developing go-to-market playbooks. While it paid the bills, and I learned from so many wonderful people along the way, something was missing. When my old friend and colleague told me about a new role in her company for #corporatesocialresponsibility, I was intrigued. Then she told me it was working with prisons, and my excitement came to a shuddering stop. What does working in prisons have to do with anything in my background?! Before I would commit to interviewing, I had to learn more. Aventiv Technologies had just released its transformation goals and new #corporatemission. Now…THAT was something I could get behind. I could see the potential to do a LOT of really awesome things with a company that says they want to help a lot of people. I took a leap of faith and joined Aventiv in 2022. As my role has evolved over the last two years, I’ve been fortunate to see that it wasn’t all lip service. Working across all business units of this organization, I’ve seen that the people are what make this company so amazing. The level of passion for what we do and who we do it for is higher than at any other company I’ve ever worked at. My job here is to help ensure that our associates have a cohesive #experience. 🌟 Good Eye-Opening L&D Training Insights! 🌟 This week's training session by #iVentiv in AstraZeneca India was an enlightening experience, providing valuable insights into: Human-Centered Learning Design 🌍 Experiential Learning 🎓 Drawing a distinction between skill and capability 💡 Along with above learnings, I had the opportunity to delve into the distinction between "we need a course" and "we need an outcome," which was expertly re-shared by Rosemary Hoskins. It was fantastic to engage with great L&D professionals and gain from their expertise during the session.
