The training funding landscape within the construction sector is changing as CITB works to improve how companies access funding. Some felt that the grants process was clunky and time consuming so in response they have developed Employer Led Networks. These have been trialled and are in place in some regions including Dundee and Angus presently, and are being rolled out across the remaining regions within central Scotland during September this year. The new ELNs allow a flat rate 70% discount on a wide range of popular construction training courses and removes the admin burden on employers to pay for training then claim back grants. The employer is invoiced by the training provider 30% of costs and CITB pay the remaining 70%. Raeburn Training are a one stop shop with strong links to fellow training companies, design this way to save our clients time phoning around providers. If you would like help scoping your forthcoming training needs and would like to access this funding , please get in touch. We can help you navigate this new process - we are already registered and helping companies based in Dundee and Angus now, and are all set to help companies in the remaining central regions.
Employer Led Networks, supported by CITB, make it easy for levy-paying employers to access and get part-funded training, whether you need immediate trade skills or future-focused training like net-zero, digital skills, or mentoring. The ELN offers 70% funding for CITB eligible courses, with the employer covering the remaining 30%. And the best part? No paperwork needed! Just contact Raeburn Training with your requirements, and we’ll handle the rest. Currently the ELN is available for civil engineering employers across Scotland and businesses with registered offices in… - Dundee and Angus - Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire - Highlands, Islands and Argyll - Inverness The ELN is due to arrive in Fife in October 2024! For more information on the Employer Led Network or any other CITB funding, please contact our team on sales@raeburntraining.co.uk.
