Super excited to share that I'll be part of the BIC Symposium 2024 panel, where we’ll be tackling something I’m really passionate about: bridging the gap between education and industry readiness in this fast-moving world of Industry 5.0. As someone working in the cutting-edge tech space, I’ve seen the widening gap between fresh graduates and the skills they actually need in the real world. According to a recent Google study, over 80% of IT graduates in Pakistan aren’t equipped with the skills our industry demands. That’s a pretty shocking number, right? 😬 At the symposium, I’ll be talking about how we can fix this and sharing what I’ve learned along the way—especially with the rapid rise of AI.
